Christine McBride, OTR/L, CST-D, is a certified Upledger Institute study group leader. She has been practicing
CranioSacral Therapy since 1999. She became certified at the techniques level in 2013, and at the diplomate level in 2024.
Second Wednesday of the month from 5-7 pm.
Participants will review, discuss, and practice all techniques taught in CS1 and CS2. For participants that have gone further in the curriculum, we will review, discuss, and practice material taught in SER1 and SER2 and beyond.
Prerequisite: CST 1 with the Upledger Institute

Mentorship offerings
Participants will review, discuss, and practice all techniques. Helpful to get ready for the next level class or to prepare for Certification Exams both practical and written.
